Our advisors

We are grateful for the support and collaboration that we have received from researchers and health professionals from specialities across the medical community.

We believe that awareness, diagnosis and treatment of MCAS can be dramatically improved, and our advisors and collaborators are essential to these ambitions.

Dr Anton Krige

Dr Krige completed undergraduate medical training in Cape Town, South Africa, in 1994, and underwent specialist training in the North West of England, before being appointed as a Consultant in Intensive Care Medicine and Anaesthesia in 2005. He has made innovations and research contributions to perioperative care and held roles in research management locally and for the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR), which was recognised with a medical school awarding an honorary professorship.

Dr Krige's passionate interest in a root cause, systems biology approach to helping those with chronic multisystem health conditions, led him to his private practice, where he has gained significant knowledge and experience in managing adults with suspected mast cell activation issues.
