How can you help?

1. Join our online support groups

The online support groups we host create a forum for those living with MCAS or suspected MCAS to share experiences and discuss issues surrounding their own health in a safe place.

Find out more about our support groups here.

2. Become a Friend of Mast Cell Action

If you haven’t already registered to become a Friend of Mast Cell Action you can do so by using the link at the bottom of the page.

3. Share your story

We are currently gathering patient stories which are used to share the experiences of those living with MCAS throughout their diagnostic journey. These are very powerful in helping to demonstrate the need for joined up care and medical support which is currently lacking.

If you feel able to share yours, please get in touch.

4. Volunteer with Mast Cell Action

We are always keen to talk to people who have time to help develop the projects and resources we are working on.

Check out our volunteering section for more info.

Please remember that we are all volunteers and although we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible, there may be times where our response time is longer than we would like. We apologise if there is a delay and thank you for your patience.
