Fundraise

We are all touched by the heartbreak of MCAS. MCAS is a condition that affects countless individuals and their families, leading to a life filled with uncertainties and challenges. The impact of MCAS can be overwhelming, affecting not only the physical health of those living with it but also their emotional and mental well-being. But there is hope, and you can be a part of that hope.

By raising money for us, you're funding support, services, resources and research. From running a marathon to holding a raffle, there are lots of ways you can help end the heartbreak that MCAS brings. Your efforts, big or small, can have a profound impact on improving the lives of those affected by MCAS and bring hope to the future.

Together, we can work towards a world where MCAS no longer has the power to break hearts, and where those living with the condition can lead healthier, happier lives.

Share your story

Sharing your story can help people affected by MCAS in several ways.

People affected by MCAS often report feeling isolated and alone. Sharing your story for others to read can help them to feel more connected and to see that there are others out there like them.

Your story could be shared with Healthcare Professionals to help demonstrate the experiences of those living with MCAS throughout their diagnostic journey. These are very powerful in helping to demonstrate the need for joined-up care and medical support which is currently lacking.

If you would like to talk to us about sharing your story, please get in touch.

Volunteer

Mast Cell Action relies on volunteers to support many of the services and projects we deliver. Without our amazing team of dedicated supporters, we wouldn't be able to do so much for those affected by MCAS.

If you have some spare time you could use to help Mast Cell Action to make a difference for people living with mast cell disease, please do get in touch to discuss how you might be able to help.

Check out our volunteering section for more info.

Raise awareness

Mast Cell Action is working to raise awareness of Mast Cell Diseases.

We are always keen to support presentations, webinars and conferences that help to raise awareness of MCAS. If you are interested in holding an event or want us to present about MCAS. Please get in touch to discuss how we might be able to help. If you would like to support our awareness raising campaigns we would love to hear from you! Please contact us for more information.

Each October sees the annual Mastocytosis and Mast Cell Disease Awareness Day. We hope to encourage famous landmarks to light up in purple in recognition of the day and to help raise awareness about MCAS and other Mast Cell Diseases. If you would like to get involved or are can help to spread the word and ask famous landmarks to join in, please get in touch
