Results-oriented and versatile HR professional with a proven track record in business management, leadership, and people development. With over two decades of experience, I have honed my expertise in driving organisational success through effective HR strategies and solutions.

My journey began in 1999 when I joined the energy industry after graduating with a degree in Psychology. Over the years, I held various roles within the industry, gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience in diverse areas of business operations. As a Senior Leader, I successfully led a credit and collections unit, overseeing a team of 7 managers and approximately 100 direct reports. I managed multiple workstreams encompassing both call centre and administration functions, ensuring the achievement of KPIs, SLAs, and maintaining quality and compliance standards. Moreover, I excelled in performance management, risk mitigation, employee engagement, and process improvement initiatives, all contributing to the overall success of the unit.

In October 2020, I embarked on a new chapter in my career by choosing voluntary redundancy. Seizing this opportunity, I pursued full-time studies and completed a post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management with merit. During this period, I also assumed the role of Lead for HR and Recruitment in Mast Cell Action, a start-up charity. In this pro bono position, I implemented robust HR processes and procedures, provided HR advice, offered recruitment services, and provided strategic guidance to support the organisation's growth.

While continuing my studies part-time, I recently earned an MSc in Human Resource Management with merit in November 2022. Concurrently, I established my own HR consultancy, where I provide comprehensive outsourced HR services, expert employee relations support, efficient recruitment services, meticulous HR documentation services, thorough workplace investigation services, and strategic HR consultancy. Through my consultancy, I partner with organisations to align HR practices with their strategic goals, ensuring compliance, fostering employee well-being, and driving organisational performance.
